Host unlimited accounts - although theoretically you can host as many accounts as you wish on one reseller account, you are limited by the disk space and data transfer quotas of your plan and the overselling limit.
Overselling - although we permit resellers to oversell their space and bandwidth quotas up to twice their limit, we advise customers to allocate sensibly. In the event that you have allocated more space and/or bandwidth than is included in your quota, and your resold accounts use the allocated amount, you will be invoiced for the additional space and/or bandwidth used. We reserve the right to request that resellers upgrade to a higher plan if they allocate more than 2x their quotas.
Unique IPs - all reseller plans (except the Starter Plan) come with 2 unique/dedicated IPs as standard; these are used for your personal/private nameservers. The first IP is also used for your main reseller account, and the second for your resold accounts.
SSH Access - SSH access is granted at our discretion after our conditions have been met and may be revoked at any time. Additional ID may be requested.
Private SSL - Private SSL certificates can be purchased by the user, either through ourselves or elsewhere. Private SSL certificates require a dedicated/unique IP address, available as an account add-on for a monthly or yearly fee. The IP add-on fee is waived when purchasing a private SSL certificate through ourselves. Please see the add-ons page for details of fees and requirements.
