I have used several hosting companies around the world over the last two years, and I have to say that everything about SonnetUK is superb!!

SonnetUK's web site is very informative and easy to navigate, with a back office to give you complete control over your account. If you have any problems or queries, they have a brilliant customer forum section!! And if you can't find the answer you are looking for there, the staff on the helpdesk are second to none.

It has been many months since I first signed up here, but I can honestly say I have had no major problems and have no complaints at all. Problems when they do arise are resolved quickly and efficiently, and any mistakes (which are very rare) aren't brushed under the rug either.

It's nice to see a business owner be so involved not only with getting the customers in but supporting them too, prior to moving here I've had 4 hosts in 2 years and I don't recall ever speaking to any of them after signing up! Marie and her staff are extremely friendly and none have been condascending or rude to me, a relatively clueless semi-technophobe, something I value highly.

Overall, I'm thrilled I found this place, thrilled everything has gone so well, and thrilled that I can tell everyone about it in public! [...] The service here is worth a lot more than it costs, and I raise a virtual toast to the wonderful staff here at SonnetUK - thank you very much indeed!
